New features and enhancements:

• This initial release of the plugin for integration between the Endpoint Credential Manager and BeyondTrust Password Safe supports the following use cases and credential types:
  • Retrieval of local accounts for Windows endpoints
  • Retrieval of linked accounts for Windows endpoints
  • Retrieval of local accounts for Linux/Unix endpoints
  • Retrieval of linked accounts for Linux/Unix endpoints
  • Retrieval of local Cloud accounts for Web endpoints
  • Retrieval of local Database accounts for use with Remote RDP endpoints using the Bomgar Remote Desktop Agent SecureApp
  • Retrieval of linked Database accounts for use with Remote RDP endpoints using the Bomgar Remote Desktop Agent SecureApp
• In addition to providing access to the accounts above, the plugin handles automatic creation and approval of Release Requests on behalf of the user, resulting in seamless check-out and injection. At the end of a session, the Release Request is automatically cancelled to prevent further access and to allow any configured password rotation to occur.

• The Password Safe-ECM Plugin is compatible with:
  • Privileged Access 18.3.3
  • Endpoint Credential Manager 1.2.3 or higher.
